One-to-one classes at Melyoga aim to help individuals create a self-practice perfectly suited to their bodies. We will work closely together to discover what your body needs to be as strong and healthy as possible. Starting with a free 15 min personalised session to gain an overview of where you are both physically and in your everyday life, we will go on to form a yoga practice you can use in your own time. At the end of every one-to-one session you will receive a personalised table of your self-practice. If you are new to yoga and the idea of joining a group class feels somewhat daunting then one-to-one sessions are a perfect first step to take. Alternatively if you have been practicing for years but feel as though you’re in a rut with your self-practice and want some guided support, one-to-ones will help you discover new things and ways of supporting your body’s needs.
